General Terms and Conditions of discover.swiss for Guests
We, the discover.swiss cooperative, operate the innovative Swiss tourism platform "discover.swiss" (hereinafter "Platform"). Our partners (companies and institutions) can use this platform for the development and operation of their own applications, for the provision of information and for other purposes. These partners offer you various information and enable you to book tourism offers from service providers (such as tour operators, hotels and transport companies) via a partner application. The respective terms and conditions of the partners and service providers apply. As a registered guest, we offer you a guest portal my.discover.swiss. These and any other legal relationships between you and us are governed by these GTC Guest. You accept the GTC by registering on one of our partners' applications or as part of an order process. We do not conclude contracts with persons under the age of 18.

These and any other legal relationships between you and us are governed by these GTC Guest. You accept the GTC by registering on one of our partners' applications or as part of an order process. We do not conclude contracts with persons under the age of 18.
Rights and obligations
We provide you with a guest portal in which you can view the tourism offers you have purchased via our discover.swiss platform and edit your personal data. You can also use the portal to submit requests relating to data protection. Please also note our privacy policy. We also provide you with support in relation to the guest portal in accordance with the best effort approach. These services are free of charge for you. We are financed exclusively by contributions from partners and service providers who offer services on our platform. You acknowledge that we only offer you the services explicitly mentioned above and that we do not promise you any other services. The information and services available on the platform or on the partner application are neither provided nor promised or rendered by us.
Third parties and auxiliary persons
We are authorised to call in auxiliary persons and substitutes for the provision of services.
Guarantee
We endeavour to provide a high quality of service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of the platform. In general, we cannot make any assurances with regard to our services and therefore exclude any warranty to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for the services you order or access via discover.swiss. We also accept no liability for the accuracy of the information published on discover.swiss.
Liability and limitation thereof
discover.swiss is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent damage and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by auxiliary persons and third parties, whereby liability for simple negligence is excluded. Liability for consequential damage is excluded in all cases.
Changes to these GTC
We reserve the right to amend these GTC-Guest from time to time. We will ask you to agree to the new version at the first subsequent registration. If you do not agree to the new version, the contractual relationship will end retroactively on the date of the new version.
Cancellation
You and we can terminate the contractual relationship at any time without observing a period of notice.
Final provisions
The contract is subject to Swiss law, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. The courts of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the contract.
Should any provision of these GTC Guest be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes as close as possible to what the contracting parties intended or to the meaning and purpose of this contract.
In the event of contradictions or questions of interpretation between the German and English versions of these GTC Guest, the German version shall prevail.
